I’m a Former Touring Professional Golfer, a fully qualified PGA Professional, and I hold a Double Degree in Bsc. Psychology and Bsc. Sport Coaching & Exercise Science.
I’ve competed at the highest levels around the world and understand what it actually feels like to perform when the pressure is high, expectations feel like they are weighing you down, the constant grind and multiple setbacks that feel like a punch in the gut, performance anxiety where you feel you’re having a heart attack but really it was a panic attack, the chase to be better, struggling to sleep before you play, the attachment to being perfect and the pursuit of success.
A decade in the pro world — and the road to becoming a pro — taught me a truth most athletes and coaches have the other way around (and I know because I’ve worked with different sport psychs and mental coaches — you name it, I’ve tried it).
They try to fix the “player” first.
But in my opinion, you have to work on the human first, then the player will follow.
How you show up as a human will dictate how you perform as an athlete.
Because how you think, feel and lead off the field is how you perform on the field.
my coaching philosophy
So I decided to rebuild myself as Paige from the inside out - mind, body, identity, and environment.
And when I changed, my results changed.

I’m not a bandaid quick fix coach, I am a coach that looks holistically at your performance deeper than surface level.

When pressure lands, it’s not your skill that decides your performance — it’s how steady you feel in your body, how clear your mind is, and how well you can regulate yourself in the moment.
