What the experience is about?

Something I’ve seen missing for a long time in golf…
is the gap between how hard someone works and how they actually perform.

Most golfers are driven. They practise. They care.
But when it matters… it doesn’t transfer.

This is the missing link.

This experience is designed for the golfer who knows there’s more in them…
but can’t quite access it consistently.

We’re not here to fix your swing.

We’re here to understand:

Why you play well some days… and not others.
Why you lose trust under pressure.
And what’s actually going on beneath it all.

This is where mindset meets application.

We’ll combine mindset coaching with real-time, on course (and/or range) application so you’re not just learning it… you’re experiencing it.

Everything is built around my method:

THINK → FEEL → LEAD → PERFORM

Because how you think shapes how you feel.
How you feel drives how you lead yourself.
And how you lead… is how you perform.

When that’s out of sync — you feel it.
When that’s in flow — everything changes.

Session Concept/Structure:

A 4-hour, small group experience (8 players max)

Each session focuses on a specific performance theme.

This session: THE INNER CRITIC (SELF DOUBT)

What to expect:

1. Mindset & Grounding (75–90 mins)

We start by slowing things down and building awareness.

  • Breathwork + grounding to regulate your body

  • Understanding what’s happening under pressure

  • Identifying how self-doubt shows up in your game

  • Simple, practical tools you can use immediately

2. On Course Performance Application (2–2.25 hrs)

Then we take it outside and apply it.

  • Practising with intention

  • Real scenarios + guided challenges

  • Applying tools under pressure

  • Learning to trust your decisions and commit

This isn’t a traditional lesson.

This is performance coaching through golf.

3. Reflection & Integration (15–20 mins)

We finish by locking in what you’ve learned.

  • What showed up

  • What shifts moving forward

  • What you take into your next round

The Outcome

You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your game
and the tools to actually take control of it.

  • More awareness

  • Better regulation under pressure

  • Stronger trust in yourself

  • And the ability to transfer it onto the course
